Community Mental Health Teams
Who Are We?
We are five (5) Community Mental Health Teams that provide adult mental health services in Grey Bruce. The Teams are based in the communities of Markdale, Owen Sound, Wiarton, Hanover and Southampton. As well there is a satellite office in Kincardine and regular outreach to the communities of Chesley, Walkerton, Durham and Meaford.
The Teams are operated by Mental Health Grey Bruce, three local organizations working in partnership to provide accessible, coordinated mental health services.
• Canadian Mental Health Association, Grey Bruce Branch
• Grey Bruce Health Services
• HopeGreyBruce Mental Health & Addictions Services
