Community Connections: Housing and Support provides supported accommodation for adults with mental illness in Grey/Bruce at three residential properties and through a subsidized apartment program. For a full description of our services, please see Community Connections: Housing and Support.

  • Residential Programs
    Brooke House, located in Owen Sound, provides daily support in a group home setting. Riverview Apartments, also located in Owen Sound, is a six unit apartment building where weekly support is extended to 8 residents.   • The Apartment Program
    This program provides rent subsidized housing in private sector apartments through rent subsidies and regular staff visits. Units are located throughout Grey and Bruce counties.
